How will I know whether or not my application is approved? After submitting your application, you will receive an online decision in approximately 45 seconds.

My application was approved. What happens next?
For your approval amount or other information regarding financing, call or visit the retail store where you plan to make your purchase and they will work with you directly to finalize your paperwork and answer any questions you may have. For security purposes, you will be required to show two forms of identification when you come into the store, so remember to bring them with you.

Will I be able to use my account right away?
You can use the account immediately upon signing the contract in the store where you plan to make your purchase. For security purposes, you will be required to show two forms of identification when you come in to make your first purchase.

I received a pending decision on my application. What happens next?
This may be because we require additional information from you or the system has not had an appropriate amount of time to process your request. Do not re-apply. You may login anytime using the Login/Check Status link to see if the pending status has changed, or you may contact the retail store where you plan to make your purchase. They will work with you directly to complete the processing of your application.

My application was declined. What happens next?
A declined message means that Wells Fargo Financial is unable to extend credit to you at this time. You will be notified of this decision in writing within 30 days. You are encouraged to contact the retail store where you plan to make your purchase. Often, they have other payment options available to customers.
